Hi, I'm Theresa
I am originally from Pennsylvania. Growing up, I was always known as the happy-go-lucky child and earned the nickname “Smiley.” Under my smile hid childhood trauma that pushed me down a path of military service. In essence, I ran away responsibly. I have pushed through many personal barriers and made it through some of the most difficult times by holding steadfast to my positivity and joyful, childlike attributes.
I am a four-year female Navy Veteran and a Navy spouse for 14 more. My diverse living situations gave me the unique opportunity to meet extraordinary individuals, experience different cultures and philosophies, and imparted to me a uniquely positive style. This experience is one of the reasons I have the unique ability to craft my insights and perspectives in such a positive way.
I hold a master’s in communication with an emphasis in education, am a certified lay speaker, certified lay minister, and am the youth director at my local church. I have over two decades of personal experience with one-on-one motivation with positive results. I currently write, record, and produce motivational videos with unique perspectives.
