Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy Payment Terms - All clients must provide a valid credit card to be kept securely on file - Payment will be processed at the time services are rendered - We accept all major credit cards Scheduling & Cancellations - Appointments can be modified or cancelled up until 24 hours before the scheduled session time - Changes or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be permitted - No-shows will be charged the full session fee - To modify or cancel your appointment, please contact us through our booking platform or directly via email Late Arrivals - Sessions will end at their scheduled time regardless of client arrival time - Full payment is required even if the session duration is shortened due to late arrival By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
